Where do I begin?

Washing dishes at the Bess is where it all started. I started washing dishes at the Samurai when I was 16. Both my uncles worked at the Samurai so I was bound to work there. Once I was old enough to work, I got the job and turned it into a 26 year career. Many friendships were made there adn I am very grateful to meet many people.

People would come to the Samurai for a very unique dining experience for various occaisions (birthday, anniversary, date night).  Many customers knew my name and slowly my name was associated with the Samurai. In 2019 the restaurant closed down unfortunately and then came the pandemic.
